Under one flag

The transport and distribution companies within the TransMission group all work under one name, but they are also independent operations, many of them family-owned. You can also directly contact the individual owners/directors, also in their role as TransMission partner.

Clear formula

TransMission was founded on the basis of a clear service formula. Uniform agreements apply for all of the partners within the cooperative. A separate organisation with a central management handles collective activities.

Unique barcoding

TransMission partners barcode all shipments for tracking and tracing purposes. This method is unique for a cooperative within the Netherlands and Belgium. Barcoding also results in improved process management and therefore higher-quality services.  

In-house IT-support

All TransMission members use the same software, which is also unique in the Benelux. The cooperative’s own TMS system provides support for all operations and guarantees a high level of quality.Route planners

TransMission uses automatic route planners to determine the order routes. The linkage to the TMS system ensures that shipments are sorted and sent immediately to the correct vehicle, thereby increasing the load factor and saving valuable time.

Status report

Employees track the shipments using the TMS reporting system. Customers receive detailed status information, and can even access the information themselves via the special TransmIT application.

Ongoing development

TransMission develops the TMS software platform in-house, which means that it continually adapts the system to the needs and wishes of customers and member companies.
